Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, answer menu and brand questions, and provide accurate information on pricing, hours, and policies. Consistently create both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to ensure quality, while multi-tasking between bar and dining room orders. Clean and organize the bar to maintain clear sightlines, check in regularly to ensure guest satisfaction, and inform management of special requests or concerns. Assist with side work, opening, and closing tasks, and thank guests as they depart. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working flexible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1+ years of bartending experience
- Hold a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards (where applicable)
- Hold a valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification, ensuring compliance with local regulatory authority health and safety standards (where applicable)
- Strong communication
- Passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint
- Work well under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Point-of-Sale systems experience preferred
