Job Summary
Promote, up-sell, and enhance beverage products and services to all guests and patrons while strictly following company-wide and brand protocols. Ensure ServSafe beverage protocols are understood and followed, maintaining exceptionally clean, safe, and organized work areas. Preps accordingly for the following day's business, works banquet functions as needed, and ensures table settings are clean and professionally presented. Self-buses and manages high-volume periods with flexibility during holidays. Prior experience as a bartender or server is required, along with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Bartender/server experience
- Ability to work under pressure during high volume times to achieve Service and F&B sales budgets/targets
- Confident, self-driven, dynamic and loves to learn
- Strong ability to take direction and suggestion from others
- Loves the interaction with the public
- Extroverted personality
- Genuine care for others demonstrated by daily interactions
- Must be a Team player
- Ability to interact exceptionally well with other departments and fellow associates
- Ability to provide Award Winning Service by exceeding brand standards by evidence of Hilton Guest Service scores
