Bartender

Evening Bartender at Canyon Bar & Grill or River Restaurant in El Portal, CA, responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with California ABC regulations, verifying guest IDs, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, processing orders/payments via POS, and supporting staff during peak periods. Must have open availability (Thu–Sun, evenings), deliver friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment, and be able to obtain required California food and alcohol service certifications. Role may be scheduled at either location based on business needs with remote options listed as in-person. Responsibilities include safety-conscious beverage service, garnishes and bar supplies, and coordinating with management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
