Job Summary
Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations while mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes. Monitor stock levels of alcohol and mixers, assist with ordering and restocking, and maintain a clean, organized bar area including glassware and tools. Process payments, handle cash transactions, and keep accurate records of tabs and sales while adhering to health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Foster relationships with regular customers to create a lively environment. This role supports five award-winning brands within a growing hospitality group, offering opportunities for advancement across franchise and independent locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- ABC Certification - DE or TIPS Certification - MD
- Ability to access online scheduling apps
- Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by both federal and state laws
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items, such as kegs or boxes of supplies
- Variable Hours: May include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the establishment's operating hours
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience preferred, but will train
