Job Summary
Deliver exceptional dining experiences by executing Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service for every guest. Maintain a clean, safe environment while protecting financial interests through robust alcohol service procedures and superior menu knowledge. Create a fun atmosphere by embracing the Hideaway Way and presenting professionally. Hold valid Food Handler and Alcohol licenses, meet physical demands including 8 hours of standing and 40-pound lifting, and work a varied schedule including shifts, holidays, and events.
Required Qualifications
- 18 – 21 years or older in selected markets based on alcohol service rules (state and county specific)
- Food Handlers license
- Alcohol license (state and county specific)
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to carry 25 pounds
- Ability to wipe
- Adherence to all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides
