Job Summary
Execute Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service for every Guest while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Prepare high-quality alcoholic beverages using robust responsible alcohol service procedures and demonstrate superior knowledge of signature items and all food and drinks. Protect financial interests of Guests, staff, and Hideaway Pizza while fostering a fun atmosphere. Maintain required Food Handler and Alcohol licenses, work a varied schedule including holidays and doubles, and meet physical demands such as standing up to 10 hours and lifting 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- prior Bartending experience
- Food Handlers license
- Alcohol license (state and county specific)
- ability to work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events
- ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with fellow Crew Members and Managers
- ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
- ability to walk frequently
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to carry up to 25 pounds
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, climb and descend stairs
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- English language proficiency
- United States work authorization
- ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
