Job Summary
Serve beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner while maintaining clean and organized bar areas. Slice and pit fruit for garnishes, check identification to verify age requirements, and prepare drink and food orders for guests seated at tables. Issue guest checks, complete payment processes, and manage intoxicated guests per standards. Maintain par levels through beverage requisitions, assist with inventory, and follow sustainability guidelines for the EarthView program. Complete required side work and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Prior to shift end, adhere to safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending/mixologist experience
- High school diploma
- TIPS certified
- Food Sanitation certificate
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to bend and reach with arms
- Must be available to work on holidays
- Must be available to work on weekends
- Must be available to work different shifts
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- TIPS certified a plus
- Food Sanitation certificate a plus
