Job Summary
Serve beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, maintaining clean and organized bar areas while slicing fruit for garnishes. Check identification to verify age requirements, prepare drink and food orders, and issue guest checks. Manage intoxicated guests per standards, complete beverage requisitions for par levels, and assist with inventory. Ensure overall guest satisfaction by monitoring scores and follow sustainability guidelines for the EarthView program. Perform other duties as requested by management. Previous bartending experience required; TIPS certification a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending/mixologist experience
- Food Sanitation certificate
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to bend and reach with arms
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma
- TIPS certified
- Food Sanitation certificate (within 90 days of employment)
