Serve beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner while checking identification to verify age requirements. Maintain clean and organized bar areas by slicing fruit for garnishes, preparing drink and food orders, and issuing guest checks. Follow standards for managing intoxicated guests, complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels, and assist with inventory. Ensure overall guest satisfaction by monitoring scores and adhering to sustainability guidelines and safety standards. Requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
