Bartender

Serve beverages and food in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner while maintaining clean and organized bar areas. Slice and pit fruit for garnishes, check identification for age verification, and prepare drink and food orders for guests. Issue guest checks, complete payment processes, and manage intoxicated guests per standards. Maintain par levels through beverage requisitions, assist with inventory, and follow sustainability guidelines. Complete required side work before shift end and adhere to safety standards including OSHA protocols. Previous bartending experience and TIPS certification are required.
