Bartender

Properly prepare and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to brand specs and menu descriptions. Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment. Greet customers, take orders, and enter orders into the POS system while using menu knowledge to answer questions and anticipate guest needs. Operate the point of sale system, handle cash and card transactions, and balance the cash register. Understand and follow all food safety regulations and state alcohol service standards, including visually assuring age identification. Perform all aspects of opening and closing procedures and take inventory to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked. Deliver excellent customer service and monitor patrons to ensure satisfaction and maintain a safe environment.
