Bartender

Serve guests in a hospitable manner and maintain the bar setup daily. Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, juices, and perishables based on projections; greet guests and document orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes with portion control. Ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and Corporate beverage-service requirements. Input orders into the POS, generate and balance guest checks, handle cash and cash drops, and secure equipment and stock. Maintain attendance and be available to work regularly. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Hotel experience preferred; strong communication, basic math, and ability to operate a cash register; physical ability to stand for long periods and to handle stock and garnishes. Ability to promote menu items and adapt communication to diverse guests.
