Bartender

Serve guests in hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience. Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, including requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, and related items based on projections. Replenish garnishes and perishables, greet guests, promote and document drink orders, mix and present drinks using standard recipes, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate alcohol service requirements. Input orders into the POS, balance cash, process payments, and secure deposits. Maintain inventory and cash controls, follow attendance rules, and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications emphasize hotel experience (preferred), strong guest communication, knowledge of beverage service, cash handling, POS operation, math skills, dexterity for bar tasks, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hospitality environment.
