Job Summary
Mix drinks and serve food while creating a lively atmosphere with hospitality that is absolutely Chili's. Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest by remaining visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members. Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages and provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean while demonstrating excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Required Qualifications
- Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
- Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
- Team player
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
Desired Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is a plus
