Job Summary
Greet, direct, seat, and take food or beverage orders while verifying age requirements and maintaining liquor inventory. Serve guests according to company standards, prepare garnishes and mix ingredients, and operate efficiently during peak service times. Use the suggestive selling method to build check averages, obtain settlements via POS, and complete designated side work. Clean working areas and equipment, manage reservations and room assignments using the property management system, and address guest concerns promptly. Uphold the inn's luxury service standards and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer systems
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
