Bartender

Bartender position at Harry & Izzy's Paradise Valley. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and fine dining presentation standards. Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer to provide recommendations and answer guest questions. Manage bar operations including inventory monitoring, restocking, and keeping the bar area clean, organized, and sanitary. Provide attentive guest service at the bar and support dining room service by preparing drink orders efficiently and accurately. Requires minimum 1 year of high-volume bartender experience; experience in upscale dining preferred. Compensation starts at $15.15 per hour plus tips with benefits including PTO, personal days, medical/dental/vision options, 401k with 4% company match, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth.
