Job Summary
Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, mix ingredients for classic and innovative cocktails, and serve snacks and drinks while interacting with customers. Assess guest needs and preferences to make recommendations, check identification for legal drinking age compliance, and restock bar inventory. Maintain a clean and organized bar, plan and present the bar menu, and ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Good organizational and verbal skills
- Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues
- Ability to perform basic mathematical skills
- Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently
- Ability to bend
