Job Summary
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes while maintaining product quality and responsible alcohol service practices. Provide friendly, professional service to guests, answer menu questions, and maintain a clean, organized bar area. Assist with opening and closing concession locations, stock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and operate the point-of-sale system. Verify guest identification, refuse service when appropriate, and monitor guests for signs of intoxication. Work collaboratively with the team, participate in training, and adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations. Variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 21 years old with Minnesota Approved Alcohol Server Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Has active Minnesota Approved Alcohol Server Training Certification (or can obtain this before the start of employment)
- Can stand and walk for extended periods
- Can frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Can bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday
- Can work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules based on performance and event needs. Hours are reflective of the dynamic schedule of the theater

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience highly preferred
- Strong customer/guest service skills
- Can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system preferred
