Job Summary
Bartender role at Raffles London Guards Bar responsible for setting up and stocking the bar, producing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Raffles standards, leading bar backs, assisting waiters and floor staff, and contributing to seasonal menus. Must have strong customer service and communication skills, time management, and be prepared for a 24h operational schedule; responsibilities include knowledge of all products served, delivering orders to tables, ensuring safety standards, and supporting other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task while maintaining an immaculate and professional appearance.
- An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required.
