Job Summary
Craft inventive and classic beverages with accuracy and consistency while engaging guests in conversation and making thoughtful product recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized bar environment by setting up, breaking down, and sanitizing glassware, tools, and equipment. Manage cash and credit transactions, reconcile daily sales, monitor inventory, and enforce safety and alcohol service procedures. Collaborate with the F&B team during peak periods, assist in training new staff, and participate in team meetings and seasonal programming. Represent Gravity Haus values and mission as an ambassador to travelers and locals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of bartending experience
- Must be 21+
- Ability to obtain/maintain required alcohol service certifications
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly during service
Desired Qualifications
- craft or scratch bar experience
- Strong product knowledge across spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and seasonal beverage trends
- A polished, friendly, and engaging presence behind the bar
