Job Summary
Join The Wiseguy Lounge as a Bartender. Provide best-in-class craft cocktails with extensive bourbon knowledge, deliver top-tier customer service, maintain bar operations, ensure garnishes and supplies are prepped, handle transactions, and uphold health and safety standards. Requires proven bartending experience in a fast-paced setting, advanced cocktail skills, bourbon education ability, and physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including weekends and late nights. Training in mixology/bar-keeping preferred; TIPS/SERVSafe within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Superior craft cocktail-making skills
- Extensive knowledge of bourbon and ability to educate customers about different selections
- Completion of mixology, bar-keeping, or other related training preferred
- Advanced bartending skills and abilities
- Minimum of one year related experience
- Prolonged periods standing and preparing drinks
- Must be legal drinking age or older
- TIPS Certified or SERVSafe in Safe Service of Alcohol within 30 days of employment
