Job Summary
Prepare the bar section, mix cocktails using fresh fruit purees and premium liquors, and accurately enter orders into the POS while following all drink procedures and recipes. Engage guests with a positive approach, ensure they are taken care of from entry to exit, and enforce State Liquor laws regarding alcohol service. Rotate and stock coolers, maintain locked storage areas, and keep china/glass breakage to a minimum. Follow all company accounting policies for cash, credit card, and gift card transactions, and attend scheduled food, bar, or service trainings. Work a variety of shifts including late hours, holidays, and weekends in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Required Qualifications
- Valid food service and alcohol permit
- Ability to obtain a valid food service and alcohol permit
- Willingness to work a variety of scheduled shifts, including late hours, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to continuously stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally kneel and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to seldom sit, climb, push, pull, and lift over 50 pounds
- Thorough knowledge of bar set-up and closing
- Knowledge of all food and beverage menus, specials, seasonal beers and drinks
- Knowledge of the Company's products, services, current promotions and recurring events
- Knowledge of State Liquor laws and Company policies regarding the service of any alcoholic beverage and enforcement of ordinances and laws
- Ability to perform basic mathematics
- Ability to accurately and timely enter all food and beverage orders into the POS with minimal errors
- Ability to consistently use a jigger and follow all drink procedures for alcoholic drinks to ensure consistency at all times
- Ability to prepare all alcoholic drinks in accordance to Company recipes and standards
- Ability to rotate and stock all coolers with the proper products and amounts required
- Ability to keep china/glass breakage to a minimum
- Ability to follow all steps of service for each guest as outlined in the department training manual
- Ability to follow all Company accounting policies and procedures regarding cash, credit card and gift card transactions
- Ability to follow all Company accounting policies and procedures regarding discounts, promos and employee meals
- Ability to follow Company and state safety guidelines to provide a safe working environment
- Ability to consistently arrive to work as scheduled, prepared to assume shift responsibilities
- Ability to consistently arrive to work well-groomed and in proper uniform
- Ability to engage guests, coworkers and managers with a positive, friendly, professional approach during all interactions
- Ability to ensure each guest is taken care of upon entering the building to leaving the building
- Ability to willingly, and with positive attitude, follow direction of all management and supervisors, including additional requests for side work, cleaning, etc.

- Demonstration of good time management skills and multitasking skills
- Ability to attend all on-going food, bar or service trainings, when scheduled
