Job Summary
Verify guests are of legal drinking age and adhere to Santikos' Alcohol Service Policy. Accurately take and prepare guest orders while maintaining adequate stock levels and conducting inventory of bar items. Keep the bar area clean and sanitized. Possess at least one year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant and be friendly, outgoing, and dependable with attendance. Flexibility with scheduling to work holidays, nights, and weekends is required. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant or professional training
- Flexibility with scheduling – able to work holidays, nights, and weekends
- Great can-do attitude and willingness to work
- Ability to work in and collaborate with a team
- Dependable with attendance – your team and our guests need you!
Desired Qualifications
- A current TABC license preferred - but we can help provide the certification if you aren't certified yet
