Job Summary
Serve guest drinks, prepare cocktail orders, and manage coin bank monies while maintaining inventory of bar stock. Notify barbacks when supplies are low and prepare cut fruit and condiments. Deliver genuine service to all internal and external guests with a friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor. Work varying schedules including weekends and holidays to reflect business needs. Must be TIPS certified within 30 days and possess basic mathematical skills for accurate order preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be TIPS certified within first 30 days of employment
- Must have basic mathematical skills
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to exercise initiative and a sense of urgency
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
- Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with people
- Strong tactical skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all employees and guests
- Able to work all shifts to include weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous money handling and guest service experiences preferred
