Job Summary
Provide a warm experience for members and guests by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, wine selections, and daily specials to make recommendations. Keep the bar area clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready while maintaining accurate billing and transaction records. Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver exceptional service, following all sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards. Assist with banquet and event bartending assignments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bartenders must be willing and able to Server Train and work serving shifts when scheduled
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments and in varying weather conditions as business needs require
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience, preferably in a club, resort, or fine dining environment
