Job Summary
Mix and serve drinks to guests, maintain a clean and organized bar area, check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol, prepare and serve beverages (and food orders when applicable), process guest payments, manage intoxicated-guest safety, complete side work, and strive to enhance guest satisfaction. Requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and adherence to MSDS/OSHA standards; TIPS certification preferred with 30 days to become certified. Prior bartending/mixologist experience or equivalent training is expected; high school diploma preferred. Schedule varies and may include holidays and weekends.
