Job Summary
Greet clients with enthusiasm, execute Program Execution Orders, and maintain warm, friendly service standards while accommodating special requests. Set up, replenish, and break down Food and Beverage stations, conference rooms, and refresh rooms as needed. Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including cleaning tables, washing dishes, and polishing glassware. Ensure safe, clean, organized work areas with proper sanitation and food handling. Follow all drink recipes, Standard Operating Procedures, and checklists. Full-time evening shifts from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM or 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday. $18.00 per hour plus tips and gratuities. Requires minimum one year of bartender experience and proficiency in multitasking.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Bartender experience
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven good organizational skills
- Must be highly motivated and ready to lead other team members
- Proficient in multitasking
- Flexible and long hours are sometimes required
- Ability to move, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
