Job Summary
Bartender position for casino beverage service requiring 21+ with high-volume, fast-paced environment experience. Responsibilities include taking and delivering guest orders, handling cash and credit transactions, operating a POS system, ensuring compliance with liquor regulations, coordinating with departments to monitor and control alcohol service, maintaining sanitation of the work area, and performing additional duties as assigned. Certifications in ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service or proof of current certification are required, along with the ability to obtain a gaming license, pass a drug test, and verify U.S. employment eligibility. Must communicate effectively in English and be able to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent highly preferred.
- Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.
- Must be able to lead by example and assist Team Members on assigned shifts.
- Must possess ability to communicate and follow directions effectively in English.
- Must possess ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment often doing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
