Bartender - Food and Beverage Department

Job Summary
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant service, take guest food and beverage orders with upselling, and maintain bar area and supplies. Open wine/champagne bottles and serve per standards; ensure compliance with state liquor regulations and safety policies. Guide bar back activities, manage inventory, receive payments following procedures, and report tips at shift end. Maintain cleanliness of assigned station, set up garnishes and beverages to standards, and collaborate with restaurant staff to deliver guest satisfaction. Must be RBS and Food Safety certified and able to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- RBS Certified
- Food Safety certified
- Knowledgeable of beverages, recipes and correct glassware and garnishes
- Must be able to push, pull bend, squat and lift on a regular basis
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
