Bartender

Bartender at Flight Club in New York City delivering a high-quality guest experience in an energetic Social Darts environment. Responsibilities include listening to guests, understanding preferences, accurate order entry and menu knowledge, leveraging pre-batch processes, and delivering exceptional service. Build rapport with guests, maintain hospitality standards, and train new bartenders to uphold company standards. Ensure compliance with alcohol policies, pass required exams with 90%+ in Food and Beverage and related training, and be available for various shifts including weekends and holidays. Must have current food handlers and alcohol certifications, be legally eligible to work in the US, stand/walk for long periods, and be able to lift 50+ lbs as needed.
