Job Summary
Bartenders are responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience in an energetic Flight Club environment, using knowledge of menus, packages, alcohol policies and pre-batch processes to accurately ring in food, beverage, gaming and event charges. Build rapport with guests through excellent communication and a welcoming attitude; maintain a positive, teamwork-driven atmosphere; train new bartenders to uphold company standards. Must pass exams in Food and Beverage and related training with 90% or better and be authorized to work in the US. Compensation includes an hourly wage with tips, and benefits eligibility for full-time status.
Required Qualifications
- Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
- Authorized to legally work in the US
