Job Summary
Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar. Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care. Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings. Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality. Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar® area. Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service. Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards at all times. Work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day with the ability to bend, kneel, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
