Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar by crafting beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care. Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings while anticipating their needs and delivering attentive, personalized hospitality. Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency, maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar® area, and support To-Go orders to ensure seamless service. Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards at all times. Work on your feet for eight hours or more, bending and lifting items up to 25 pounds frequently. Flexible schedules include time off on holidays and early closure on Christmas Eve, with a competitive hourly wage and eligible benefits including medical and paid time off.
