Job Summary
Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care while creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive. Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings, anticipating needs to deliver attentive, personalized hospitality. Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency, maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar area. Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service, ensuring responsible alcohol service and upholding guest safety standards at all times. Work on your feet for eight hours or more, performing physical tasks involving bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Flexible schedules include time off on holidays, early closure on Christmas Eve, and competitive hourly wage with medical benefits and paid time off for eligible members.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
