Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care while creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive. Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings, anticipating needs to deliver attentive, personalized hospitality. Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency, maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar® area. Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service, ensuring responsible alcohol service and upholding guest safety standards at all times. This role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more, and a guest-oriented mindset.
