Job Summary
Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care while guiding guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations. Create a warm, welcoming experience by anticipating guest needs and delivering attentive, personalized hospitality. Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency while maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar® area. Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service, ensuring responsible alcohol service and upholding guest safety standards. Work on your feet for 8 hours or more with the ability to bend, kneel, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds. Flexible schedules with time-off on holidays and early closure on Christmas Eve, plus competitive hourly wage and eligible benefits including medical and paid time-off.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
- Must have reliable transportation
