Job Summary
As a Fine Dining Bartender at Truluck's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service by displaying Southern Hospitality and connecting with guests to develop loyalty. You will maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhere to liquor service laws, and ensure proper bar setup while performing various duties assigned by the Leadership Team. You must possess product knowledge and maintain a safe and sanitary bar environment, operating the POS system accurately. Required qualifications include five years of hospitality experience, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively, alongside maintaining a flexible attitude towards new ideas.

- Must be able to stand for 9 hours

- Must pass all product and service step tests with a grade of 90% or higher
- Must maintain current state alcohol certification
