Job Summary
As a Fine Dining Bartender at Truluck's, you will connect with an affluent clientele and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You must display southern hospitality while executing Truluck’s Performance Standards. Responsibilities include bar setup and cleanup, serving guests, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with liquor service laws. Successful candidates will have strong cash handling skills and a proven professionalism in hospitality, with a focus on teamwork and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of previous hospitality experience
- Proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment
- Flexible and malleable attitude towards new ideas
- Beliefs and behaviors that reflect integrity and discipline
- Must be able to stand for 9 hours
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform
- Accurate communication
- Command of the English language
- Working POS knowledge
- Accurate, efficient, and proper cash handling skills
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain current state alcohol certification
- Responsible for checking proper and legal identification of anyone who appears to be under the age of 25
