Job Summary
Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with facility recipes and state laws. Provide a friendly, welcoming experience to all guests while checking identification to verify legal drinking age requirements. Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and maintain cleanliness of the bar area before, during, and after events. Restock inventory and support setup and breakdown of bar service areas for tournaments and private functions. Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines while communicating effectively with supervisors and event staff. Valid Oklahoma ABLE certification or willingness to obtain is required. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Oklahoma Alcohol Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
