Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards while setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, and serving guests during banquets and events. Ensure adherence to quality expectations, safety policies, and security procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Complete safety training and certifications, maintain a clean professional appearance, and protect company assets. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 pounds, and bending or stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place event materials and supplies while cleaning work areas. Support the team to reach common goals and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
