Job Summary
Provide the highest quality, genuine hospitality at the bar and expertly craft alcoholic beverages for guests and servers. Prepare beverages following recipes in a timely manner, manage cash handling, inform guests about menu items, adhere to alcohol awareness and sanitation policies, keep a clean and stocked bar, and perform other duties as assigned. Must have passion for food and hospitality, a minimum of 2 years bartending experience, strong communication, detail-orientation, and physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30+ pounds. Lake Zurich, IL location; emphasis on Italian tradition with a fine libations program.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience
- Knowledge of how to make commonly requested cocktails and the ability to follow the recipes for an elevated drink making program
- Excellent communication skills with guests and team-members
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30+ pounds repetitively
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
