Job Summary
Provide high-quality hospitality at the bar and craft beverages for servers and guests; follow recipes for consistent drink preparation, manage cash handling, inform guests about menu items, adhere to alcohol awareness and safety/policy procedures, maintain a clean and stocked bar, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience
- Knowledge of how to make commonly requested cocktails and the ability to follow the recipes for an elevated drink making program
- Excellent communication skills with guests and team-members
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30+ pounds repetitively
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
