Job Summary
Greet guests with an upbeat, friendly manner, receive orders from patrons and waitstaff, and prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages including liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic options. Maintain the bar by keeping it clean and organized, displaying glasses and liquor bottles attractively, and ensuring fruit and garnishes are prepared ahead of opening. Collect money for drinks served, check photo IDs to verify legal drinking age per TABC regulations, and use proper judgment to refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive patrons. Submit requisition forms for liquor and bar supplies and inform management of guest concerns. Complete orientation and all required training programs prior to working a shift.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule with weekend, holidays, and evening availability
- Must attend and successfully complete orientation, and Team Member training program prior to working a shift
- Must successfully attend, complete and maintain all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
