Job Summary
Bartender prepares beverages according to the resort's set standards; dispense drinks including cocktails and mocktails; maintain sanitation and hygiene in the work area; ensure security of beverage stocks by observing inventory procedures; perform cashiering tasks; stay ready to serve guests; follow responsible alcohol service policies; carry out other tasks and special projects as assigned by management. Requires 18+ years old, HS diploma or GED, bartending experience, knowledge of beverages and garnishes, strong communication, reliability, and ability to stand for extended periods; ability to lift 20+ pounds; flexible to work outside in various conditions. Location is Kissimmee, FL with on-site (in-person) work, benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, employee perks, and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bartending experience with general knowledge of restaurant and resort operations.
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishes.
