Job Summary
Bartender to craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per company recipes, greet guests, take orders, and contribute to a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere. Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness, managing glassware, inventory awareness and communication of shortages, processing cash/credit transactions via POS, ensuring legal age verification, collaborating with servers/kitchen staff for smooth service, addressing guest concerns, assisting with private events/promotions, staying current on beverage trends, and performing related duties as assigned. Requires strong verbal communication, team orientation, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, hospitality-minded attitude, and high-volume bartending experience; HS Diploma or GED preferred; 18+ (21+ in some states) with Food Handler and state alcohol certificates. Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age / 21 years of age in OK, VA and NC
- Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required
- Previous high volume bartending experience preferred
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
