Job Summary
Bartender at Es Vedra Cinemas responsible for crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering guest service, and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere. Duties include taking orders, recommending beverages, maintaining a clean bar, managing inventory and cash/credit transactions via POS, ensuring compliance with age-verification and state/local laws, collaborating with servers and kitchen staff, handling guest concerns, assisting with private events and promotions, and staying informed on beverage trends. Requires strong verbal communication, teamwork, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, hospitality-minded attitude, and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Education: HS Diploma or GED preferred; Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required; prior high-volume bartending experience preferred. Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age / 21 years of age in OK, VA and NC
- Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required
- Previous high volume bartending experience preferred
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
