Job Summary
Bartender will craft and serve a diverse range of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) per company recipes and standards, greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean bar area, monitoring inventory, processing cash/credit transactions via POS, verifying customer ages to comply with legal drinking age, collaborating with servers/kitchen staff, addressing guest concerns, assisting with private events and promotions, and staying informed on beverage trends. Requires strong verbal communication, teamwork, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, hospitality-focused mindset, and the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Education: HS Diploma or GED preferred; Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required; prior high-volume bartending experience preferred. Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends.
