Job Summary
Bartender at Es Vedra Cinemas crafts and serves a diverse range of beverages, delivers exceptional guest service, and contributes to a vibrant atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards, greeting guests, taking orders, providing recommendations, maintaining a clean and organized bar, monitoring and restocking inventory, processing cash/credit transactions via POS, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age requirements, collaborating with servers and kitchen staff, addressing guest concerns, assisting with private events and promotions, staying informed on beverage trends, and performing other related duties. Required skills include strong verbal communication, guest-service excellence, teamwork, composure in a fast-paced environment, hospitality-minded attitude, and adaptability.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age / 21 years of age in OK, VA and NC
- Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required
- Previous high volume bartending experience preferred
