Job Summary
Bartender at Es Vedra Cinemas responsible for crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages per recipes and standards, delivering guest service, maintaining a clean bar, handling cash/POS transactions, verifying age per local laws, and collaborating with servers and kitchen staff. Will assist with private events and promotions, stay informed on beverage trends, and perform related duties as needed. Requires HS diploma or GED (preferred), state alcohol certificate and Food Handler certification, and availability for holidays, nights, and weekends; 18+ (21+ in select states) with high-volume bartending experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age / 21 years of age in OK, VA and NC
- Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required
- Previous high volume bartending experience preferred
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to deliver exceptional guest services
- Team player able to take direction
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality-minded, friendly and guest-focused
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to work in a loud environment with flashing lights
