Job Summary
Bartender will craft and serve a diverse range of beverages, deliver exceptional guest service, and contribute to a vibrant, fast-paced bar atmosphere. Responsibilities include preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per company recipes and standards, greeting guests and taking orders, maintaining a clean bar area, monitoring inventory and restocking as needed, processing cash/credit transactions via POS, verifying legal drinking age, collaborating with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations, addressing guest concerns, assisting with private events and promotions, staying current on beverage trends, and performing additional duties as assigned. Required skills include strong verbal communication, delivering exceptional guest service, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, hospitality-minded attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required
- Previous high volume bartending experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age / 21 years of age in OK, VA and NC
